Sciatica PRO+ Money-Back Guarantee: 60 Days
Yes, Sciatica PRO+ has a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
The window starts when you are charged, not at your first capsule. One bottle is 30 days of product, so it ends with a month of window to spare.
Next, compare the packs.
Quick answer
The published window is 60 days from purchase, unless the sales page prints longer — it runs from the date you are charged, not from your first capsule. One bottle is 30 days of product and finishes with a month of window to spare. Three bottles runs 30 days past it. Six leaves four bottles sealed when it shuts.
Sixty days
What the guarantee actually says
Sixty days, counted from a date most buyers get wrong.
The pack states 60 days from purchase, unless the sales page prints a longer window. Note where it starts: from the date you pay, not from your first capsule. Read it on the sales page before you pay and screenshot it with the date showing.
Two details in that paragraph do most of the work, and both are easy to read past.
It runs from purchase, not from your first capsule
This is the detail that changes the maths. A window measured from the date of payment has already begun while the parcel is in transit, while the box sits unopened on a table, and during any week you spend deciding whether to start. A window measured from the first capsule would behave quite differently. This one is not measured that way, and nothing in the material we were given suggests otherwise.
The practical version: day one is the day your card is charged. Write that date down. Everything else on this page is counted from it.
Unless the sales page prints longer
The published figure is sixty days, and the qualifier is part of the published figure. If the sales page shows a longer window on the day you buy, that longer window is the one you have, because the sales page is where the term is binding and this page is a description of it. That is also why we ask you to screenshot the wording rather than to trust a number transcribed on a site that does not take your payment. A term that can be changed without notice is a term worth capturing on the day it applied to you.
The arithmetic
The window against the three packs
Only one of the three pack sizes finishes before the window does.
| Pack | Days of product | Where day 60 falls | What is left on day 60 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Single Bottle | 30 | A month after the bottle is finished | Nothing sealed. You have taken the whole pack and can still claim. |
| Three-Bottle Pack | 90 | Two thirds of the way through | Roughly one bottle, most of it still to take. |
| Six-Bottle Pack | 180 | One third of the way through | Four sealed bottles, with the window shut. |
Transit time moves every row later. It does not move the window.
Set the window against the packs at the label’s two capsules a day. One bottle is 30 days of product inside a 60-day window — you finish with a month still to claim in. Three bottles is 90 days, so the last month falls outside it. Six bottles is 180 days: when the window shuts you will have taken two bottles and four will still be sealed.
The only pack that fits inside the window
One. A single bottle ends on day thirty with a full month of window still available, which means you can take the entire pack as directed, form a view about it, and still be inside the period in which the seller will discuss money. No other pack size offers that, and no arithmetic makes them offer it.
That is not an argument against buying more. It is an argument for knowing what you are buying: a multi-bottle order is a decision taken in advance about a product you have not tried, and it prices in a confidence you do not have yet. If the larger packs are cheaper a bottle — and the six-bottle card says they usually are, though no figure was supplied to us to confirm it — then the saving is real and the trade is real. Cheaper a bottle, less of the purchase covered by a refund route. Both halves are true and the choice is yours.
What happens to unopened bottles after day 60
Not published. Whether a sealed bottle can be returned after the window closes is not addressed anywhere in the material we were given, and a sentence either way from us would be an invention on a subject where an invention costs money. Ask the desk before you pay, in writing, and keep the answer. On a six-bottle order it is the most valuable question on this page.
Read it precisely
What a seller’s guarantee is, and is not
A money-back guarantee on a dietary supplement is a commercial promise made by a seller, and it is worth being precise about what kind of object that is.
What it is
It is a term of sale. The seller undertakes to return your money within a stated period under stated conditions, and that undertaking is real: it is the sort of promise that consumer protection law takes seriously, and a seller who publishes one and then ignores it has a problem. Most sellers honour them, because the alternative is expensive. A guarantee is also a signal — a business that offers sixty days is telling you something about its own expectations of returns.
What it is not
It is not a regulatory protection and no federal agency enforces it. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements, does not pre-approve the claims on their labels, and does not administer, register or guarantee a money-back window. NCCIH’s consumer guidance on using supplements wisely makes the same point from the other direction: the responsibility for what a supplement contains and how it is sold sits with the firm marketing it. So a guarantee is as good as the seller behind it, plus whatever your card issuer’s dispute process adds, and nothing more.
It is also not a statement about the product. A sixty-day window is not evidence that a formula works, and a longer window would not be better evidence. What the evidence looks like for these ten ingredients is a separate question, answered on our how it works page and, ingredient by ingredient, on the ingredients page. The short version is that the best-studied ingredient in the bottle has been studied in diabetic neuropathy rather than in sciatica, and that the front of the bottle claims studied ingredients rather than a studied product.
And it is not a reason to delay a medical question
Sixty days is a long time to spend waiting to see whether a capsule helps. If leg pain is new, severe, spreading, or comes with weakness or any change in bladder or bowel control, that is a same-day medical question and a guarantee has no bearing on it at all.
Six steps
Claiming it, in order
Half of this sequence happens before you pay.
Screenshot the guarantee wording with the date showing
Before you pay, not afterwards. The sentence as printed on the sales page, with your device’s clock or the order confirmation date in the same frame. The window runs from purchase, so the date is half the evidence and the wording is the other half.
Write day 60 on a calendar the day you are charged
Sixty days from the charge, not from delivery and not from your first capsule. A date in a calendar is the single cheapest protection on this page, and the supply planner on the home page will place it against your pack size for you.
Get the refund route in writing before you pay
The order number supplied to this desk cannot be dialled, so the route has to come from the sales page itself. Ask once, keep the reply, and you have a dated record of who to contact. Our where to buy page explains why this matters more here than it normally would.
Decide before the date, not on it
Leave room for the post. A claim that involves returning bottles needs the parcel to travel, and you want that journey inside the window rather than racing it. A week of margin is sensible.
Contact the desk with the order ID, then post the bottles
The order ID is in the order email. Returns go to 461 Fifth Avenue, Floor 8, New York, NY 10017. Include your full name, the email on the order and the order ID. Return postage is paid by the buyer. Use a tracked service.
Keep every record until the money lands
The checkout screenshot, the order email, the tracking for the return and the dates of any contact. Refunds are credited 3 to 5 business days after the desk approves them, then 5 to 10 days for the card to post it. Our refund policy page sets out the mechanics in full.
Six steps, and the first three all happen before any money changes hands. That is deliberate. Almost everything that goes wrong with a guarantee claim goes wrong because a buyer went looking for the terms at the point of needing them, by which time the terms live on a page that may have changed and the window has been running for weeks.
The honest section
What the guarantee does not say
Five blanks, and each one is a question for the sales desk.
Read it on the sales page. The pack states 60 days from purchase unless that page prints longer, and that page is where the term is binding.
Not published. A satisfaction window implies you were meant to try it, but the condition the bottles must come back in is not stated.
Not published. On a 180-day pack inside a 60-day window this is the question that arises, and nothing addresses it.
Not published, because no price was. Your checkout screenshot is the only record of the sum.
Not published. No shipping charge was supplied either, so neither half of that question has an answer here.
Not published either way. Nothing in our sources mentions one, for any pack size.
Six rows, five of them blank. They are printed as blanks because a plausible sentence in any one of them would cost a reader real money. “Opened bottles are accepted” would sound entirely reasonable, would be something we invented, and would be discovered to be an invention with a box already in the post.
Take all five to the desk before you pay, in the same written exchange that settles the contact route. The answers exist; they simply were not supplied to us, and we would rather hand you the questions than hand you a guess.
Questions
Sciatica PRO+ FAQ: guarantee questions
How long is the money-back guarantee?
Sixty days from the date of purchase, unless the sales page prints a longer window. It runs from when you paid, not from your first capsule.
Which pack should I buy?
Set it against the guarantee rather than the price. The window is 60 days from purchase. One bottle is 30 days of product, so it ends with a month of window left. Three bottles is 90 days and six is 180, so most of those packs sit outside any refund route.
How long before I decide?
No trial of this formula exists, so there is no evidence-based answer. The seller says buyers most often waited three to six weeks. The date that actually matters is day 60, when the money-back window closes.
How do I claim a refund?
Returns go to 461 Fifth Avenue, Floor 8, New York, NY 10017. Include your full name, the email on the order and the order ID. Because the desk’s phone number is not dialable, get the refund route in writing from the sales page before you pay.
How long does a refund take?
Three to five business days for the desk to credit it after approval, then five to ten days for the card to post it.
