Privacy Policy

What Thesciaticapro collects when you read it, what it never sees because the order happens somewhere else, how the affiliate link works, and how to ask the desk about any of it. Effective September 30, 2026.

Quick answer

This is an information website. It takes no payment, has no accounts and runs no mailing list. It keeps ordinary server logs, measures usage at the level of pages, and receives whatever you type into an email to the desk. The order is placed on the seller’s own checkout page, so this site never sees a card number. We do not sell personal information. The order link carries an identifier that names this site as the source of a visit, not you. Write to the website desk at the address in the site footer, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET.

Scope

What this policy covers, and the one thing to know first

This is a privacy policy written to be read rather than to be scrolled past. It describes what Thesciaticapro actually does with information, in the order a reader is likely to care about it, and where the answer is nothing it says so instead of reserving a right nobody is exercising. It takes effect September 30, 2026 and it applies to this website only.

The most important sentence in it is this one: this site does not sell anything. There is no shopping cart here, no account, no password and no payment form. When you press an order button you leave this website and arrive on the seller’s own sales and checkout page, which is operated by somebody else under their own privacy policy. Your name, your delivery address and your card details are collected there, by them, and this site never receives them.

Information

What this site collects, and what it does not

What you type into a contact form or an email

If you write to the desk, we receive whatever you put in the message. In practice that is usually a name, an email address so we can reply, and the body of what you wanted to say. Sometimes it is a photograph of a label or a bottle, because a reader has spotted something that disagrees with a page here. We use that information for exactly one purpose: answering you, and correcting the site if you were right. We do not add correspondents to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list to add anybody to.

Server logs

Like every website, this one runs on a server that keeps ordinary access logs. A log entry records the page requested, the date and time, the type of browser and operating system making the request, the referring page if there was one, and the requesting IP address. Logs exist so that the site can be kept working: they are how a broken link, a page that has started erroring, or a burst of automated traffic becomes visible. They are not used to build a profile of a reader and they are not combined with anything you send by email.

Analytics

The site measures usage at the level of pages rather than people. What that produces is a count of how many times a page was read, which pages readers move between, roughly what country a visit came from, and whether the reader was on a phone or a desktop. It is what tells us that the label page is read more than the pricing page, which in turn is what tells us where to spend effort. It is not used to identify you and we do not attempt to.

What is not collected

No card number, no bank detail and no billing address, because nothing is sold here. No account, no username and no password, because there is nothing to log in to. No date of birth, no health record, no symptom questionnaire and no diagnosis. Nothing you tell us in an email about your own health is stored anywhere except in that email thread, and we would rather you did not send us medical detail at all — the right person to tell is a clinician, not a website.

Tracking

Cookies, analytics and the affiliate link

A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep. This site uses them sparingly and for two reasons: to make the site work as you move around it, and to count readers in the aggregate way described above. There is no advertising network running here, no retargeting pixel following you to other sites, and no profile being assembled for resale.

Affiliate tracking, described honestly

The order button points at the seller’s own information and sales page. This site earns a commission if you buy through it. That does not change your price. We do not print the address as text anywhere, and the earnings disclosure is on the disclaimer page.

Mechanically, here is what that means. The order button carries an identifier that tells the seller the visit came from this site. If you then buy, the seller credits this site with having sent you and pays a commission. The identifier describes a source of traffic, not a person: it does not carry your name, it does not carry your email address, and it does not tell us what you bought or what you paid. What arrives back here is a count and an amount, never a customer.

Turning it off

Every modern browser lets you refuse or delete cookies, and most offer a setting for blocking third-party cookies specifically. The pages on this site are static text and they read perfectly well with cookies refused. If you would rather reach the seller’s page with no identifier attached at all, you can search for the product independently and go there directly — that costs this site its commission and costs you nothing, and we would rather say so than pretend the choice does not exist.

Handling

Third parties, sharing and how long things are kept

The short version is that information does not leave this desk except where a service is needed to run the website at all. There is no data broker in this picture and nothing here is for sale.

Who else is involved

A hosting provider stores and serves these pages, and therefore holds the server logs described above. An analytics provider processes the page-level measurements. An email provider carries messages to and from the desk address. The seller whose sales page the order button points at operates that page and everything that happens on it, including the checkout, under their own policy, which you should read before you pay.

What this site does not do with it

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not rent, trade or swap it. If we were ever compelled to disclose something by a valid legal process we would comply, and that is the only circumstance in which information described here leaves the providers above.

How long anything is kept

Email correspondence is kept while it is useful and for a reasonable period afterwards, because a reader who wrote about a label problem in March may well be the same reader writing in September. Server logs are kept for a short operational window and then rotated out. Aggregate analytics are kept as counts, which by then describe pages rather than people. If you want your correspondence with the desk deleted, say so and it will be.

Rights

Your rights, and how to use them

Privacy law in the United States is set state by state, and the rights available to you depend on where you live. Rather than guess at your state, this desk applies the same practice to everybody who asks, which is simpler for us and better for you.

What you can ask for

You can ask what information the desk holds about you. You can ask for a copy of it. You can ask for it to be corrected if it is wrong. You can ask for it to be deleted. You can ask that it not be sold or shared — a request that is easy to honour here, because it is already the case. And you can ask a question about any of the above and get a plain answer rather than a form.

How to exercise them

Write to the website desk at the email address in the site footer. The desk reads it Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. Tell us what you want and give us enough to find you — for almost everybody that means the email address you wrote from originally, since that is generally the only thing here that could identify you at all. We will not ask you to create an account to make a request, and we will not charge you for one.

Postal address

If you would rather write on paper, the desk address is 280 Park Avenue, Floor 19, New York, NY 10017, USA. Postal requests take longer for obvious reasons, and email will always be faster.

Complaints

If you think this site has handled something badly, tell the desk first, because most problems are a misunderstanding that one reply fixes. If that does not resolve it, the consumer protection office of your own state is the right escalation.

The rest of it

Children, security, changes and how to reach us

Children

This website is written for adults and is not directed at children. The product it describes is not for anyone under 18 either: the label’s own caution panel names children under the age of 18 among the groups who should consult a physician first. We do not knowingly collect information from a child. If you believe a child has sent something to the desk address, write to the website desk (its address is in the site footer) and it will be deleted.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and the desk mailbox is access controlled. Neither of those is a guarantee, and nobody who tells you their website is unbreakable is being straight with you. The practical protection here is that there is very little to steal: no card numbers, no accounts, no passwords and no health records.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version replaces this one on this page and the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described in plain language rather than buried in a redline. This version is effective September 30, 2026.

Contact

Questions about privacy, about a page, about a typo or about anything else on this website go to the website desk, whose email is in the site footer (Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET), or by post to 280 Park Avenue, Floor 19, New York, NY 10017, USA. Questions about a bottle you already have — a batch, a reaction, a seal — are better addressed to the support line or email printed on the label itself, both listed in the site footer. The full picture of who to contact for what is on the contact page, and how this site earns its money is set out on the disclaimer page.

Questions

Sciatica PRO+ FAQ: privacy policy questions

Who runs this website?

Thesciaticapro, which describes itself as a “Licensed U.S. retail desk — Sciatica PRO”. This is a product information site: everything on it is read off the supplied wrap label, the two listing cards and the seller’s pack, and checked against federal reference pages.

Do you earn money if I buy through this site?

Yes. The order button points at the seller’s sales page and this site earns a commission on a sale. It does not change your price. The full earnings statement is on the disclaimer page.

How do I report a mistake on this site?

Email the website desk (its address is in the site footer), Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET. If you have the bottle in your hand and it disagrees with a page here, tell us: the label is the document that wins.

When was this site last updated?

September 30, 2026. Every page carries that date and the federal sources listed at the foot of each page were read on it.

Order Sciatica PRO from the official sales page

The order is placed on the seller’s own page, under that page’s terms and that page’s privacy policy. Nothing you enter there passes through this website. Price is shown at checkout, the window is sixty days from the date of purchase, and the label’s support line is listed in the site footer.
