Quick answer
The label prints a caution panel: do not exceed the recommended dose, and pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition should ask a physician first. Federal sources add notes on ashwagandha, vitamin B6 and alpha lipoic acid. No trial of the formula reports side effects.
Key facts
- Adults 18 and over only. Do not exceed the recommended dose of two capsules daily.
- Pregnant or nursing mothers and anyone with a known medical condition should consult a physician first.
- NCCIH reports rare liver-injury cases linked to ashwagandha, which is 25 mg here.
- NCCIH lists headache, heartburn, nausea and vomiting as common side effects of alpha lipoic acid.
- Vitamin B6 is 1.7 mg here. High amounts from supplements taken for a year or longer can cause nerve damage.
- No trial of this formula has been published, so no side effect rate exists for it.
What does the Sciatica Pro Plus caution panel say?
The label carries its own caution panel. It is one of its better features, because many labels in this category have none. The words are:
Printed on the label
Do not exceed recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18, and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement.
The label also prints a storage line: KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. DO NOT USE IF SAFETY SEAL IS DAMAGED OR MISSING. STORE IN A COOL, DRY PLACE. If the seal is broken when the bottle arrives, stop and call the label’s support line, (844) 469-3744.
What the panel does not do is name any ingredient-specific risk. That is why the next sections matter.
Who should ask a doctor before taking Sciatica Pro Plus?
Some people should have a short talk with a doctor or pharmacist before the first capsule. This list comes from the label and from NCCIH and NIH pages.
- Anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. NCCIH advises against ashwagandha in both cases.
- Anyone under 18. The product is for adults.
- Anyone with a known medical condition, as the label says.
- Anyone who takes medicine for diabetes, blood pressure, thyroid conditions, immune suppression, seizures or sedation. NCCIH lists ashwagandha as possibly interacting with these.
- Anyone planning surgery. NCCIH advises against ashwagandha before surgery.
- Anyone who already takes a B-complex or another product with vitamin B6.
- Anyone with liver concerns, because of the rare ashwagandha reports.
This is a short list, not a full one. A doctor who knows your history can add to it.
What do federal sources say about side effects of each ingredient?
| Ingredient | Amount here | What the source says |
|---|---|---|
| Alpha lipoic acid | 400 mg | NCCIH: common side effects are headache, heartburn, nausea and vomiting. Most often studied alongside diabetes treatment. |
| Ashwagandha | 25 mg | NCCIH: rare cases link liver injury to ashwagandha. Long interaction list. Avoid in pregnancy. |
| Turmeric | 25 mg | NCCIH: liver damage has been reported with enhanced-absorption forms. This is plain powder. |
| Vitamin B6 | 1.7 mg | ODS: high amounts for a year or longer can cause severe nerve damage. Adult upper limit 100 mg. |
| Vitamin B12 | 2 mcg | ODS: low B12 can cause numb or tingly hands and feet. Adult RDA 2.4 mcg. |
| Folate | 383 mcg DFE | ODS: large folate doses can hide a B12 shortage. This product is well under the upper limit. |
Notice how modest the amounts of the riskier rows are. Ashwagandha is 25 mg, and B6 is 1.7 mg against an upper limit of 100 mg. Small amounts lower the risk. They do not remove the need to talk about medicines.
What warning signs should make you stop and call someone?
Stop taking the capsules and contact a clinician if you notice anything that worries you. NCCIH names warning signs of liver trouble for enhanced turmeric products: fatigue, nausea, poor appetite, dark urine or jaundice. They are worth knowing for any supplement.
Stomach upset is the more likely nuisance. Headache, heartburn, nausea and vomiting are listed for alpha lipoic acid. They tend to show up early. If capsules unsettle you on an empty stomach, ask your pharmacist whether a meal would help. The label says nothing about food, so we will not invent a rule.
Leg symptoms are a separate matter
New leg pain, spreading numbness, a leg getting weaker, or any change in bladder or bowel control is a same-day medical question. A supplement has no role in any of those.
What is not known about Sciatica Pro Plus safety?
Quite a lot. No trial of the formula has been published, so there is no rate of side effects for this product. The effect of long use is not published. How it behaves with your particular medicines is not published.
The interaction facts we have come from federal pages about single ingredients. They are a guide, not a guarantee. This product is not FDA approved, and no dietary supplement is. The FDA does not approve a supplement before it is sold.
The distributor’s line, (844) 469-3744, and email, [email protected], are for questions about the bottle. For questions about your body, call your doctor.
Frequently asked questions
What are the side effects of Sciatica Pro Plus?
No trial of the formula reports them. For alpha lipoic acid, the largest ingredient, NCCIH lists headache, heartburn, nausea and vomiting as common. Other cautions are listed in the table above.
Is Sciatica Pro Plus safe?
The label sets an adult-only dose of two capsules daily and carries a caution panel. Safety for you depends on your health and your medicines. Ask a doctor first if you have a medical condition or take medicine.
Can pregnant or breastfeeding women take it?
The label asks pregnant or nursing mothers to speak to a physician before use. NCCIH separately advises against ashwagandha in pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
Does Sciatica Pro Plus interact with medicine?
Possibly. NCCIH lists ashwagandha as potentially interacting with medicines for diabetes, blood pressure, thyroid conditions, immune suppression, seizures and sedation. Ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Can too much vitamin B6 be a problem?
Yes, in high amounts over a long time. This product has 1.7 mg, against an adult upper limit of 100 mg. The risk comes from stacking it on other B6 sources, so add them up.
What should I do if I get side effects?
Stop the capsules and contact a clinician if anything worries you. For a damaged seal or a question about the bottle, call the label’s line, (844) 469-3744.

Our view
A safety page is only useful if it is specific, so we kept to what the sources say. The label’s caution panel is a real strength. The extra notes on ashwagandha, B6 and B12 are things the panel does not mention.
Amounts here are modest for the riskier rows, which is reassuring. It is not a promise. Your health, your age and your medicines decide what is sensible for you.
Our advice is to ask first if you are in any group on the list above, and to stop and call if something feels wrong. Do not let a capsule delay care for leg pain that is new, severe or spreading.
Plain reminder
Sciatica PRO+ is not FDA approved, and no dietary supplement is. This page is general information, not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please ask your own doctor about any medical question.
