Quick answer
Sciatica PRO+ lists ten ingredients with ten printed amounts and no proprietary blend. Per serving of two capsules, the largest rows are alpha lipoic acid at 400 mg and benfotiamine at 150 mg. Four vitamins and four smaller rows complete the panel. The shell is a vegetable capsule made from hypromellose.
Key facts
- Serving size is 2 capsules. A bottle holds 60 capsules, enough for 30 servings.
- Ten ingredients each have their own printed amount. Nothing is hidden in a blend.
- The six rows without a Daily Value add up to 675 mg.
- Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegetable capsule), brown rice flour and magnesium stearate.
- The allergen line reads: NO ADDED EGGS, DAIRY, WHEAT, PRESERVATIVES.
- Standardisation of the plant powders and an expiry date are not published.
What is on the Sciatica Pro Plus ingredients list?
Here is the whole panel as printed. The amounts are for one serving, which is two capsules. A star in the last column means the label says a Daily Value is not established.
| Ingredient | Amount per serving | % Daily Value |
|---|---|---|
| Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) | 20 mcg | 100% |
| Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride) | 1.7 mg | 100% |
| Folate | 383 mcg DFE (230 mcg folic acid) | 96% |
| Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) | 2 mcg | 83% |
| Alpha lipoic acid | 400 mg | ** |
| Benfotiamine | 150 mg | ** |
| Acetyl L-carnitine | 50 mg | ** |
| Ashwagandha powder (root) | 25 mg | ** |
| Broccoli powder (leaf) | 25 mg | ** |
| Turmeric powder (root) | 25 mg | ** |
The label footnote reads: ** Daily Value (DV) not established. The six rows with that mark total 675 mg per serving.

How do you read a Supplement Facts panel for the first time?
Start at the top, not the bottom. Find the serving size. Here it is two capsules. Then find servings per container. Here it is 30. Every number below those lines is for one serving, not for one capsule.
This label does something many do not. Its panel and its directions agree. The directions say adults take two capsules daily. So the percentages you see are what you actually get, and 30 servings really is 30 days.
Next, look at the amount column. Units matter. A milligram (mg) is a thousand times a microgram (mcg). That is why 400 mg of alpha lipoic acid and 2 mcg of vitamin B12 sit on the same panel yet are very different weights.
Last, look at the percent column. It compares each vitamin with the Daily Value. For six rows, no Daily Value exists. That does not make them unsafe. It means the percentage cannot be given.
What are the other ingredients, and is the capsule vegetarian?
Below the panel the label lists what else is inside: hypromellose, brown rice flour and magnesium stearate. Hypromellose is the vegetable capsule shell. The label prints the words vegetable capsule next to it. So the vegetarian mark on the packaging is backed by the label’s own text.
The allergen line reads NO ADDED EGGS, DAIRY, WHEAT, PRESERVATIVES. Notice the words no added. They describe how the product is made. They are not a lab test of the finished batch. A person with coeliac disease or a severe allergy should ask the distributor before use.
This product is a capsule. Searches that ask about pills, drops or gummies point to other forms. Here the form is a vegetable capsule in a white 60-count bottle.

Which ingredients are at research amounts, and which are small?
Two rows are meaningful amounts: 400 mg of alpha lipoic acid and 150 mg of benfotiamine. Four rows are small. Acetyl L-carnitine is 50 mg, while research on it uses grams. Ashwagandha, broccoli and turmeric powders are 25 mg each, and the three together are 75 mg.
The kind of preparation matters as much as the number. Ashwagandha research uses standardised extracts, and this is plain root powder. Turmeric here is a powder, not an extract, so it carries only a trace of curcumin. NCCIH says we do not know enough to say that turmeric or curcumin helps for any health purpose.
None of this means a small row is harmful or useless. It means you should not read a long ingredient list as a long list of effective doses.
What do the four vitamin rows tell you?
| Vitamin | In this product | Reference point |
|---|---|---|
| Vitamin D3 | 20 mcg (800 IU) | RDA 15 mcg. Upper limit 100 mcg. |
| Vitamin B6 | 1.7 mg | RDA 1.3 mg. Upper limit 100 mg. |
| Folate | 383 mcg DFE | RDA 400 mcg DFE. Upper limit 1,000 mcg of folic acid. |
| Vitamin B12 | 2 mcg | RDA 2.4 mcg. No upper limit set. |
Two points stand out. Vitamin B6 sits at exactly 100% of the Daily Value. That is fine alone. NINDS names too much B6 as one of the two best-known vitamin-related causes of peripheral neuropathy, so add up the B6 from any other supplement you take.
Vitamin B12 is 2 mcg, below the adult RDA of 2.4 mcg. That is odd on a nerve product, because low B12 is a known cause of numb or tingly hands and feet. It is the one row we would ask the distributor about.
What is not published about the ingredients?
- A trial of the finished formula.
- Standardisation for the ashwagandha, turmeric and broccoli powders.
- A curcumin figure for the turmeric.
- An expiry date. The wrap shows only a revision code, REV 0424.
- The manufacturer’s name.
We list these so that you can ask about them. The distributor’s line is (844) 469-3744 and its email is [email protected]. Both are printed on the label.
Frequently asked questions
What are the ingredients in Sciatica Pro Plus?
Vitamin D3, vitamin B6, folate, vitamin B12, alpha lipoic acid, benfotiamine, acetyl L-carnitine, ashwagandha root powder, broccoli leaf powder and turmeric root powder. Other ingredients are hypromellose, brown rice flour and magnesium stearate.
Does Sciatica Pro Plus use a proprietary blend?
No. Each of the ten ingredients has its own printed amount, so nothing is hidden inside a blend.
How much alpha lipoic acid is in Sciatica Pro Plus?
400 mg per serving of two capsules. It is the largest row on the panel. The research behind it is mostly in diabetic neuropathy, and NCCIH calls it inconsistent.
Are the capsules vegetarian?
The label supports it. The shell is hypromellose, listed as a vegetable capsule, and nothing else on the panel is animal-derived.
Is Sciatica Pro Plus gluten free?
The label says NO ADDED EGGS, DAIRY, WHEAT, PRESERVATIVES. That is a statement about the recipe, not a gluten test. If gluten is a medical concern, ask the distributor first.
Does the ingredients list tell me whether it will work?
No. A list shows what is inside and how much. No trial of this formula has been published, so the list cannot tell you about results.

Our view
As ingredient lists go, this one is easy to read. Ten rows, ten amounts, and an honest shell. If you like a label that shows its work, this one does.
Reading it well also means seeing its limits. Some rows are real amounts and some are small. The B12 row is below a day’s need. And no one has tested the whole formula.
Take the list to your doctor or pharmacist if you use other vitamins or any medicine. They can add up what you already take, and that is the check no label can do for you.
Plain reminder
